Apply by emailing your résumé and availability to volunteer.msh@sinaihealth.ca.
Key details
- What you'll do: support older adults in the Emergency Department at Mount Sinai Hospital through MAUVE (Maximizing Aging Using Volunteer Engagement), Sinai Health's flagship volunteer program.
- Shift: Fridays from 1 to 5 p.m.
- Who it suits: Sinai Health says ideal candidates are mature students or people with life experience working with older adults, who are comfortable with the care team and can work well in a busy, high-pressure setting.

- Commitment: one shift a week for at least 12 months, a health screening, and a volunteer uniform and photo ID badge you buy yourself.
- How to apply: email your résumé, your availability and a short note about yourself to volunteer.msh@sinaihealth.ca. Only selected applicants are contacted; if you don't hear back within six months, you can apply again.
