Before your interview

It’s a short video call with someone who leads the team. It’s also your first chance to show how you’d work with us, so treat it like a real job interview.

Pick a time you can keep

Book from the link we email you. Choose a time you’re sure about, not just the first one open.

Join a few minutes early

Open the video link from your calendar invite 2 to 3 minutes before and choose “Ask to join”. We wait 10 minutes; after that, it counts as missed.

Set yourself up

A quiet spot, camera on, a working mic and a charged device. Try the link the day before. We’ll send you a reminder.

Come as you are

We’ll ask why you want to join, what you’d like to work on and how much time you can give. Bring a question or two for us. No slides needed.

Can’t make it? Tell us before

Move your time from your booking link until 12 hours before. After that, reply to your confirmation email before the interview starts. Things come up; telling us early is what counts.

Running late?

Reply to your confirmation email as soon as you know. A quick note means we can wait or find you a new time.

If you miss it without telling us

Your application closes for this round. You’re welcome to apply again next round. We hold the same standard for ourselves: if we ever need to move your time, we’ll tell you as early as we can.
